I originally met a guy named Tony S who was representing this company. Came to my business by accident, as he said. I was looking for security so I told him to explain how they work and how much it costs etc... I was concerned about a 3 year contract so I asked him if I could do Month to Month. He called in and got it ok'd with his boss however I had to pay up front for the equipment ($531) no problem as long as their was no contract.Well everything was going fine until I tried to cancel my service as my business moved to a new location.First Dave (sales manager) answered and was a sarcastic POS, finally at the end of the conversation he agreed that I can stop service if I mail in a letter stating this.2 months go by and I call back and get WENDY Q who says NO you have a contract if you cancel you will be charged $250 etc...
