I bought a sofa with these guys. On the day i purchased i was told that they will take care of the damages that are caused due to manufacturers warranty. However when the sofa was delivered, the cloth was torn and when i asked them about the same(when delivery guys were still there), they were very rude in answering me and said that nothing can be done. I picked up a Serta mattress from Sleep City, and I thought everything about buying it was very easy. We knew what we wanted when we went in, the sales staff showed us what we asked for and didn't try to sell us something more expensive. They were honest and helpful.
