After shopping around I found Rochester gold and diamond to be the most fare. I got a great price and the place is clean and located in a safe neighborhood. Parking was annoying but I didnt realize they had a huge lot behind them by the house of guitars. They gave me a fair price for my gold but I brought in a 10% bonus coupon,where they are supposed to give you 10% more for your gold if you bring the coupon in.They denied giving me the 10% bonus on the premise that they were already giving me a great deal and that I had said on the phone earlier when I called that they offered me the most money out of the couple places that I called for quotes.
