I had used this printing place in the past and had no problem. All of a sudden, Sue Brennan, the owner, gives me an estimate for basically the same job that was more than double the price she gave me last year. That was after she was a week late in giving me the estimate, promising it to me 6 days ago and just never did it. Not even an apology for stringing me along, just her complaining that she was too busy. If that was the case, she should have told me and not that she would get it to me in one day. Then come the worst part. When I called her about the more than doubled price, she said she made a mistake last year and said, "I hurt myself". What a way to run a business. Her non-professional attitude and double pricing is not the kind of place I wish to do business with in the future and I don't think it's the kind of place you want to do business with either. ...read more
