Joanne, so sorry for the mishap with your shirt and your phone experience.What likely happened since your jersey was so small is that I had to stretch it over my pallet to get it so I could press the name and number on flat. Usually I can just lay the jersey out but on the front of this jersey there was a existing monogram design that wouldn't allow me to do that. So in doing so it must have distorted the name and number as I pulled it off the pallet. I also remember that the name barely fit on the back of the jersey also adding to the difficulty. I done this procedure many times without any problems and didn't notice yours. I mentioned to you on the phone several times to please bring it back and I'll do my best to fix it. I did feel insulted in the way you talked to me on the phone and got some what defensive. Sorry again for that.We take pride in our customer service and this is a isolated incident. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They put a name on a jersey & it's crooked. One side's an inch lower than the other. When we called, the owner answered. He kept yelling excuses, telling us to bring it in & he'd try to fix it, & never let us talk.Then he hung up after he finished. This isn't the first time we've gotten names on jerseys. We know what a good job looks like. This is not near acceptable. And, there's NO customer service here. All the owner did was yell, talk over us, and hang up. He said it was difficult because the shirt was small (it's an adult XS). If he had said that when we brought the shirt in, our response would have been "If you can't do the job right, then don't do it." Even though he offered to try to fix it, we know this isn't possible without damaging the shirt. Pulling up letters affects the jersey's material. He also insulted us saying we don't know his job.
