I was very upset with the women whom works at quest diagnostics in pomona ny. She was very rude. I arrived early to my appointment. I signed in at 8:05 it was really 8:07. She did not look up or say good morning and continued doing her work. When she looked at the sign in sheet, she complained that it wasn't the correct time. She continued to badger me about it. She was extremely RUDE. I was early and sitting there and I did not need to listen to her speak to me that way. I would not use them again! I will be going to New City or Suffern for now on.
