I went in with a coupon for $21.95 for a pedicure. The employee who did the work asked if I wanted the deluxe. I explained I didn't know the difference but I wanted the one covered by the coupon. He neither explained the difference in service and price or verified that I had agreed on the deluxe. When I went to check out, the owner insisted I had agreed on the deluxe and owed them $40. I tried to explain that I had made it clear I had a coupon and wanted the service covered by the coupon but he kept insisting none of his employees would do the deluxe without getting permission to do so. He was very aggressive and threatened to call the police and he refused to let me leave after I had paid him the $22. Meanwhile, another employee took my picture with her cell phone.
