They leave women waiting for 20 minutes even though they have space in a southbound car who has to go northbound in the middle of the night to obey "the rules". "The rules" of the Peltown/Pelham agreement which first and foremost accommodates Pelham, then New Rochelle and finally Mt. Vernon (even if Mt. Vernon is the closest stop which is most usually the case). The drivers never get tipped though except from the Mt. Vernon folks (according to them). How sad that snobbery overrides good service and good payment. I'll go use Reliable and give my money to a company who at least doesn't have some ridiculous agreement with an uppity town. ...read more

Late, unprofessional, way overpriced. Took this taxi a few times from the local train station which wasn't bad, but never, ever, take this to the airport or into the city, or anything other then inside pelham. BIG RIP OFF, CRAPPY COMPANY, STICK WITH PELTOWN OR BLUEBIRD. ...read more

I tried these guys because I couldn't get anyone else to get me to the airport on short notice one fine day, and the guy who showed up to get me was absolutely abominable. His appearance was less than professional to say the least, the guy looked like a homeless thug for crying' out loud. On top of that it smelled like marijuana big time in that car, I seriously believe he was under the influence. I also believe the price he charged me was a bit excessive.
