Had front windshield done on a 1980 firebird in june of 2010 . Pulled the car out in may of 2011 and you could see the glass pulled away from jute. Called to see if they could mobile out to my location but said no. We were putting a new eng. in & did not have it reg yet. Siad they would honor the workmanship when I could bring it in. Was Able to do in July,Bot now wanted to charge me 150.00 to reinstall it. Took it to Expert . Never do Buss. thier again. ...read more

They led us to believe that the $600 TV cabinet we ordered was made of "real" wood. The piece arrived a month late without even as much as an apology. The piece is made of plywood and was riddled with manufacturing errors. I wanted to return the piece for a refund which they refused. They wouldn't answer my calls so I just kept calling again and again until they finally answered the phone. They agreed to repair the piece but refused to negotiate on the price. They continually referred us to the "website" which states that they don't use "manufactured" wood. I have never seen a plywood tree but apparently plywood is not considered manufactured wood and grows wild somewhere. Bottom line: I won't be going back and I would not recommend this furniture store. ...read more

With much concern that my time and car was going to be tied up, I must say I was very impressed with the time frame it did take to replace my winshield. It was smooth sailing after my car insurance agent connected me through to them. I was immediately scheduled that day, paper work was all taken care of by very personable and explanitory staff.
