The Hampshire House seems to be an excellent place for the ederly. They are able to continue on with life as natural and normally as possible meeting new friends. The staff provides many activities for them also. However, one major problem is when trying to make contact with someone there - especially by phone - one can never get through. Who ever is answering the phones is always asking, first, who it is and then saying the person asked for is always not available, thus leaving one to wonder, especially when from out of town, just what is happening there especially when one is told they can not find the person. Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
