Worst experience of my life. John Mattio threw me to the wolves. He was much more interested in money and siding with the prosecution, than helping me. He was no advocate. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Rita was the most incompetent, uncaring, arrogant lawyer I have ever met. She refuse to speak to me on the phone when I called and when she did talk to me, she would not inform me what was happening in my case and even once told me she was too busy to talk about an upcoming HEARING, She made several mistakes that I caught her on and had to phone her and explain to her , only for her to see her error and have to fix it. To top it off I had to pay her for fixing the mistakes and for the phone calls to explain to her how to be a lawyer. Upon terminating her services she held my books and receipts and told me she would give them to me after payment was made. She did all this in Erie County family court and knew by holding my books, it would hurt a 15 yrs old kid. She's NOT a class act in my book. ...read more
