I was desperate to find movers. And found these guys in the yellow pages. Within a couple hours he was able to get a working crew of three men. They did a wonderful job and nothing was damaged. They were very efficient and professional. In the new apartment they put down matting to cover the freshly shampooed carpet. This company was more than fair with the pricing. First time going there, we took in a down alternative comforter that was less than a year old. When I went to pick it up it was unrecognizable, with a melted shrunken seam and discoloration marks all over it. It was ruined...these things happen though. What made the whole situation worse is that they repeatedly did not return phone calls, showed little to no concern for our dilemma, and settling the situation took over a months time. After they admitted fault, the manager said he would need a reciept from when the comforter was purchased. We produced one and dropped off a copy, only to be told next time we checked with them that the copy had been misplaced. Two more copies of the reciept later, we were told to expect a check in the mail to reimburse the comforter in a weeks time. Never received anything in the mail and had to stop in repeatedly to try to get the check. The worst customer service experience I've ever had! And we never even got one apology for the damage or our trouble. ...read more
