I used to be a Tots N US employee, for three years.My three years there at the daycare i noticed some teachers there had really negative attitudes towards these children. I also have noticed that this daycare since i have lefted had lost MANY employees, teachers that are well certified for their positions. Were let go and not rehired for their reasons like myself. I know Miss Nancy class is a class well organized and I have worked with her she is awesome with these children these kids need structure and I believe the owner hires these new employees just because they can be hired for lower pay which is very upsetting. ...read more
