ILKB in Chelsea is a welcoming studio. The staffs are friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. You would never feel lost during class regardless if it’s your 2nd or 1st class after couple month of break. The instructor demonstrate every move before each round and they also take the time during the round to ensure your form to avoid unnecessary injures.
