My experience is that Mr. Benton of Bailey Funeral Home is a terrible business man. He stoled my money for my father's birth certificate and refused to send it back to me. The funeral took place on March 24, 2013 and he lied and never gave me the death certificate. To add, he sent me a unsigned check, so that I can't cash. Absolutely horrible classless place, I'm so outraged over their insensitivity after the incidents in Newtown. I was listening to the radio and everything is about these poor families and then I hear an advertisement about there discounted prices for funerals. Bad timing!!! I'm writing a letter to the radio station as well !! I heard that the new movie with Tom Cruise is being delayed because it involves an opening scene with a sniper, the least this place could do is take a week off while the nation grieves.
