Frankly, I'm surprised this place is still in business. Yes Your Highness is fine when it works (I had been using them since 2009), but when its employees make a mistake, do not expect them to make it right. At the end of November, I asked one of their concierges to place an order that I needed by Christmas. In the intervening time, the lady left and no one at YYH seemed to be aware of my request. By the time I found out, it was December 21. Shipping at that point had gone up to $318, and I asked them to cover the difference in shipping (not the entire shipping cost). They refused, and demonstrated a total inability to take responsibility for the actions of their employees, or to appreciate the trouble they had caused at Christmas.
