I am a graphic designer, and had a brochure printed here on the color printer. I needed more copies and came back again. This time copy was cut off by the cropping. My client noticed and called Accel, asking for a reprint. They told my client it was my fault, and would not reprint for free. I spoke to Bill the owner to no avail. In the meantime I went to another printer, who said there was "nothing wrong" with my project, and printed it correctly. Today I visited Accel. I spoke to Bill's wife. I asked if Accel took any responsibility for the cropping mistake, and told her the reason I go to a printer is for their trouble-shooting skills. She refused a refund because they "worked really hard" on my project and because of time they spent cutting the pages out. Even a partial refund (with me paying for the cutting-out) was refused. (all for $119 dollars!) She said "There are very few customers that we cannot deal with and you are one of them." Unbelievable. ...read more
