It took him months to start the job and then his crew wanted to cut corners (sorry foreman). He never finished the job and never returned any phone calls after he received final payment. I had go out there after they would leave for the day and level and straighten out forms. It's to bad because had they been more reliable and skilled I could have given them so much more work.
