Shay has been working on a variety of shy and unpredictable shelter animals for quite some time now. Each and every time she has surprised me with her extremely professional results. I've even asked her to groom fractious cats whom i worried would have to be completely shaved. But somehow Shay worked her magic and the cat was clean, matt-free and untraumatized within minutes. I brought my cat to Shay for a flea bath and to fix her coat. Being a cat she absolutely hates baths but Shay had no problem with her. Shay was loving and took care of my baby better than I could have imagined. Now I have a flea free, soft and shiny kitty who is as happy as can be. I will never go anywhere else again!
