At the end of February we ordered a shed from wood kingdom medford. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well after 8 weeks and no updates I called and I am told it should be here next week. Well that continued for another 3 weeks. I was then told by Adam in week 12 that my shed would arrive. I scheduled time off from work but called then the day before to confirm and was told they did not have a delivery, good thing I called as Adam was off that day. I then requested to speak with the owner. I get a call back from Frank Marinaro who tells me he will send his own truck to pick up shed and have it installed the next day. I know schedule time off from work. I call the day before again and Frank tells me he saw my shed in PA and they are delivering it to him the day it is suppose to be installed and he also tells me it will be installed as promised and will call me by 9 am to confirm. The sales people at wood kingdom are excellent. The product that they sell is superior to any other. They showed us different sizes, colors and tons of options. They even knocked down our old shed and took it away. It did take alittle longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. Looking to get a gazebo next year and i will be back. ...read more
