I read the reviews and gave Sal a try. Boy am I glad I did. I am a regular customer and my favorite item is the Roast Filet Sal has perpetually on sale. My wife and I are spoiled now and won't buy it anywhere else. His other cuts are equally as good. I normally call in my order and Sal takes so much pride in his meats that he unwraps my order when I pick it up, shows me the meat, and describes how he cut it.
