I am finishing up studying for my MFA and have been taking extra classes at Bridgeview school. I have to say that this school is great in terms of getting serious training for fundamentals of form. I have been interested in the Russian classical approach to art and this is the best school to find this approach short of going to St. Petersburg. They are serious and very thorough. The teachers have great experience and knowledge which is getting more and more rare these days. I highly recommend this school to anyone seriously interested in improving their skills ...read more

Bridgeview is a great and serious art school. What an opportunity for my child to learn from such accomplished teachers. My daughter started last year at Bridgeview at age 12. She has taken art classes elsewhere but she has found her calling at Bridgeview where the teachers lead her, challenge her and give her constructive feedback. Bridgeview is another reason why an education in NYC can be so rewarding. She attends Bridgeview twice a week and wants to spend her summer there. ...read more
