I've been buying from these guys for years now. I've never had a problem with them. They always bend over backwards for me with customer service. They're Email blasts are frickin' hilarious!! I read them even when I don't need anything.\t\n\t\nI've gotten several broken pieces, but they've always been replaced within a week or two. \t\n\t\nThe only thing I think they can improve upon is the out of stock items. I'm sure it's hard to find room for everything that people want, but I don't like keeping clients waiting for things to come in when I've become excited by the pictures online.\t\n\t\nThey're website is also easy to use. : ) ...read more

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I ordered 8 large trumpet vases for an upcoming wedding reception. When I received them and opened the first box of vases, my heart dropped. The first vase I opened was in a hundred pieces. I continued to open the boxes and found 3 broken vases. The 5 vases that weren't broken, are of poor quality. They wobble and rock back and forth instead of sitting flush, when I sat them on the table which means I can't use them for the large centerpieces that I had ordered them for, in fear that someone will bump a table and they will be on the floor. And they each have what appears to be air blemishes throughout the glass. I immediately called the company and expressed my disappointment and was told to take pictures and email to them. Which I did, immediately. It has now been 2 days since I have contacted them and after repeated phone calls and emails to the company I have gotten no where. I can't use the vases, so at the moment I am out $230.00. I have filed a claim with fed ex and IF they agree to pay for the damaged vases, that will cover the cost to ship the remaining vases back to New York. The vases were horribly packaged and I'm surprised they weren't all broken. There was one piece of bubble wrap on the top of each box that 4 vases were in. How can someone own a glass company and not know how to package glass items. I am Very disappointed, not only with the quality of the vases, but with the customer service of the company. RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ...read more
