Premier Process Service of Wny

This firm sounded great from their website but boy was I mistaken, they ended up charging way more than other places I called after promising me a really low rate, they tacked on mileage & waiting time and "fuel surcharge". Then they refused to give me back my affidavit of service until I paid all their rediculous charges to the tune of over $150. If this wasn't enough, by the time they actually got the papers served (after charging "waiting time", the court date had passed and the other person hadn't been served, so I had to reschedule for a third court date, over a month away. They sound good but the reality is far different, look elsewhere ...read more

Benefits of telemarketing

A major benefit oftelemarketingis its potential for increasing sales from a distance. A company that usestelemarketinghas the opportunity to sell to both new and established customers without ever sending a salesperson out into the field. Without wasting time traveling around to see customers or spending money on gas, a company can reach its target market with relative ease. Unlike many other customer contact methods, telemarketingaffords a company immediate answers. They can communicate with their customers right away, instead of waiting for days, weeks, or even months to realize results. Another advantage oftelemarketingis its availability every day of the year, at all hours of the day and night.Telemarketingallows a company to communicate with customers around the world, answering questions, taking orders, and providing resolutions whenever its customers are available. Additionally, telemarketingallows companies to track the results of their efforts, changing strategies midstream if necessary. For example, a company may change its calling hours, giving its telemarketers a better window for reaching its target market. Often, the success oftelemarketingfor increasing sales depends on the number of calls made. Each time a potential customer answers his or her phone, the company has a chance at making a sale. As such, companies usually strive to make numerous phone calls, knowing that more calls mean better chances for success. However, telemarketingdoes not guarantee sales, as consumers can rejecttelemarketerpitches just as easily as any other form of advertising. With any type of marketing effort, cost is a concern.Telemarketingis generally considered cost-effective, requiring companies to spend far less than is necessary with other forms of marketing. Typically, the most expensive part oftelemarketingis paying the telemarketers for making and/or receiving phone calls. As far as the disadvantages oftelemarketingare concerned, the most pressing con is often the fact that many consumers viewtelemarketingas a negative venture.(1) However usually this is easier to overcome with Business to Buisiness telemarketing.BBG Consulting offers all the benefits of a US telemarketing company within your budget.bbgconsulting.yolasite.comFor more information email:bbgconsulting@usa.com ...read more

Choosing a Telemarketing?

''Choosing a Telemarketing Company?''  ''When choosing a telemarketing company ask the following questions and you can't go wrong.'' 1. Are you calling B2B (Business to Business) or B2C (Business to Consumer)? If you want to call consumers make sure your list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call List. 2. What is your primary goal? Tele-sales, lead generation&appointment; setting, or tele-fundraising? 3. If you are interested in tele-sales...What are you trying to sell (tangible or non-tangible item)... Do they have experience selling non-tangible items (services like insurance)? or tangible (products like tools)or both? 4. If you are interested in Appointment setting...do they specialize in setting phone appointments, physical appointments or Web-ex style appointments? Some Telemarketing companies like BBG Consulting (bbgconsulting.yolasite.com) specialize in all 3 types of appointment setting and therefore can do all 3 simultaneously. This way if the prospect can not meet in person (due to scheduling) he/she can meet via web-ex, and you won't lose the prospect. 5. If you are trying to do fundraising using a telemarketing company can be very useful. Ask the telemarketing company if they do tele-fundraising. If you are a non-profit, see if they will give you a non-profit discount. 6. Ask them if you will know the price in advance and if there are any hidden costs. A good company will not charge you extra for your first script, per call (unless calling international) and should be able to give you a flat rate per hour upfront. A list is usual the only extra cost (average $150-$250/1,000) but you can save this if you provide your own list. Remember in the end you should own the list and script! The most important thing to remember is to make sure the telemarketing company has experience. That they do not just hire high school kids to work in a boiler room, but instead hire professionals who have experience getting through gate keepers and speaking with high level key professionals in companies. ...read more
