By I Heart Oswego

This is Greg's story, in his words:Thank you for reading and having an interest in helping. The details are that I had an appointment at the Oswego office on Friday March 8th at 430PM, when I got to the appointment they told me they could not assess my front end that was making a loud noise and I would have to come back. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Had our Buick in because it wouldnt start and they were the only place open on Memorial Day weekend. They said it was a fuel pump and replaced it.....and charged us $1000....yeh no kidding. After we complained that that was WAY overpriced they acted like good guys by dropping the price to $725.....still to much but paid it. Not a week later the same thing happened...brought it back and they kept it there 2 days and said it was acting normal. Having it back for 1 day it happened again....took it to a different mechanic who said the fuel plug was corroded and cleaned it....not a single problem now in almost a year. The mechanic told me the fuel pump never even had to be replaced. Jim the MGR at Goodyear is rude and thinks hes a tough guy. Dont take your car here...theyll rip you off and leave you with nothing but a headache....under-educated people manage this place. ...read more
