They rented an apartment to my son which previously had a terrible fire. They did not notify him of the fire before renting it to him. All they did was paint over the black soot and replace the carpet. Once winter came and the windows were closed you could continually smell smoke. When vacumning or shampooing the rug, black soot came up to the top of the carpet. The children continuously had bronchial problems. When their lease was finally up and they left, they did not receive their deposit because of the stains on the rug due to the black soot. The other tenants were very noisy and people were continually coming in and out slamming doors and smoking in the hallway. I believe the downstair tenant was a drug dealer because of all the traffic. these apartments are nice inside, but the people who surround you are rude and inconsiderate. There is not a minute that goes by that someone is stomping up and down stairs, yelling inside or outside, and being just plain obnoxious. There's at least 3 drug dealers in my building alone and a dozen druggies. Also after I signed my lease they ironically dropped their rates so Im over paying by 65 dollars!!!! ...read more
