Avoid dealing with this company. Ordered monument in June 2012 with the assurance and signed contract that it would be installed by Nov., well before the anniversary in Jan. 2013. Demanded and received full pay in Nov., however monument was installed only in Feb., after filing complaints with attorney general and NY state consumer protection board. ...read more

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is difficult. Dealing with Sprung only makes it worse. They lost my paperwork several times and even changed the date of the unveiling without notifying my family. They did not care that plan and hotel reservations had to be cancelled at the expensive of my family. They were unapologetic and cold. I only wish I could give them zero stars. ...read more
