Prokids have a horrible set of staff members. I used them for 7 7ears I was trying to bear with it but could not anymore. I requested for my children records to be sent to another pediatric after signing release. They stated it would take a week. When contacted them they gave excuse of the staff that conducts the transfer of records was away. They also were difficult in issueing referrals for specialized doctors that the doctors recommended. Bedside manners are also horrible. Have heard staff members talk about how patients look and smell, very unprofessional. ...read more
