If you order from here be wary. My order came in almost 3 weeks after the 6 weeks that had been promised. The pieces to my living room set came in piecemeal, and we didn't have our furniture in my how for almost 3 months after purchase. I always read reviews and I laugh at people who leave these horrible reviews. I think nothing could be that bad. Well today I am leaving a bad review. We bought a dining room set from Raymour and Flanigan. It was delivered and was in horrible repair. Their service tech could not repair it. I got a new set delivered again it as damaged! The regional manager is rude in dealing with the problem and offers little solutions. She does not pay much mind to the fact that they have been to my house 4 times and still it isn't right, all of my time wasted. All I want is a presentable dining room set. ...read more

Can't say enough about shopping/purchasing experiences I've had while shopping here. The perofessional sales staff couldn't be more knwoledgable and more helpful. There was NO pressure to buy as in some stores. They're truly interested in making the customer feel at home and make the RIGHT (objective) decision for them and their family's needs. I was imprerssed with the quality and variety of products they had. What they didn't have on their showroom floor, they had in their catalogue.
