My neighbor sent her child here and it was the worst decision she had ever made. The facilities are sub-par. The place is filthy. There are not enough workers to handle the amount of children they take in. I, personally, would want a better ratio then 35 children to 1 caregiver. And they were constantly making billing mistakes. There was one worker named Doreen who neglected her charges constantly to talk on her phone and entertain herself on facebook. Please research other places in the Kingston, NY area.
