If you want the least you can get from a travel agent then this is your guy. Once you leave your payment your on your own. It will leave you wondering why you would ever hired this guy at all? Oh and if your trip gets totally ruined don't worry they wont help you there either. And remember your NOT intitled to a refund they will step up in that department. I write this review in the hopes that travelers everywere will get the service and vacation they deserve and go somewhere else after all aren't we entiled to it, tour mates doesn't seem to think so. ...read more
