Signing for a vehicle with them is the worst thing I ever did, but I did it because it was my first car and I was anxious to have my car. I had it less than a month and come to find out it would never pass Pa inspection. They are giving me the run around not allowing me to get a refund. The only thing they can do is attempt to fix the problem that can't be fixed (severely corroded frame) or give me a car of equal value. They are also ripping me off! I'm paying over $10,000 for a 2003 Chevy Cavalier. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I was too impulsive and gave into their shady game. If you want my advice: Never go through them! ...read more

We used to lived in Salamanca , NY and had purchased 5 cars from this dealer. Sales staff extremely pleasant, knowlegeable and proffessional. Service department is the BEST. Levi and Todd always helpful and friendly. We live in Pittsburgh now and would still drive to Hartley in Jamestown for oil change, tire replacement, or any problems with any cars.
