THAT INDIAN WOMAN THAT WORKS IN THERE REFUESED AND PLAIN LAZY TO GET ON THE PHONE FOR APPROVAL SO MY CHILD CAN SEE THE DOCTOR. WE WERE TOLD THAT " METOR PLUS IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND NO APPROVAL" MY CHLID SAW THE DENTIS AND REGULAR DOCTOR ON THE WEEKEND AND THEY GOT APPROVAL. WHY THE EYE DOCTOR HAS A PROBLE GETTING APPROVAL. MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE I CAME IN THERE ASKING IF YOU ACCEPTED PRUDINTIAL HEALTH PLAN AND WAS TOLD YES AND THERE IS I THINK 20% OFF THE FRAME. WHEN I CAME BACK TWO WEEKS LATER THAT SAME SHORT INDIAN LOOKING GIRL TOLD ME NO THAT YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTING PRUDINTIAL COVERAGE. I TOOK MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE. I CAM TAKE MY CHILD ELSE WHERE ALSO. JUST BECAUSE EMPLOYEE DOES NOT WANT TO DO THERIR JOB OR CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO HELP.THE DOCTOR IS VERY GOOD BUT EMPLOYEE NEED TO BE MORE HELPFUL AND POLITE TO BRING IN GOOD SERVICES. ...read more
