First you should know that if you are not already a customer and you call during hours when they are not open, you will not get service until it is regular business hours. So if you have a plumbing emergency and you have never used Hull Heating and Plumbing before you can not expect emergency service. I believe they may help emergency cases if you have already been a customer before, but I can't be certain. That being said, when the plumber got here, he was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He got the job done and he got it done well. In the process of fixing the problem, we found another leak, he said, "Oh I can fix that in a minute." And it really took less than that. Did a floor project for me. Constant issues getting a hold of him throughout. After all was "finished" and paid several tiles on the floor cracked in half after less than a week. Contractor showed up again, tore the floor up to reinforce the subfloor more, then stopped returning calls completely. The quality of plumbing also turned out to disastrous (did not secure toilet mounting at all, and reused wax ring). Had to have someone else redo the entire project.
