spent my whole day, all of my time at the salon, and my whole night crying because of my hair. it is uneven, and waaayyyy shorter than I asked for. so the stylists seemed all nice and understanding at first, "sure I'll only take off half an inch" my hair is now 3 inches shorter than it was this morning and I am still crying writing this (@1:51 am). the stylists embarrassed me and obviously wouldn't even take into consideration what I asked for. all these people writing positive reviews must be talking about a different salon, because this was my worst salon experience I've ever had.
