Tried to send a document overseas, but the clerk refused to help me, saying it was ten minutes before closing and doing up the label would take her "forever". Forever???? Really??? She couldn't be bothered spending the last ten minutes of the day typing up a label and was more concerned about closing the store in ten minutes than in serving a customer.
