I agree with the others. They outsourced some guy who was a complete con. It took him weeks to get to us first of all. We wanted our liner replaced and he quoted us a price. He finished the liner and gave us the invoice for double the amount even trying to charge us for stuff he didn't do. He didn't even finish hooking up the pump which he said he would come back in a couple days to finish. Weeks and countless unanswered calls and voicemails go by. It took us calling him from a different phone number to get him to answer. He came back to finish but rigged the filter using plumbers tools causing us to not be able to disconnect it for winter.
