We were so incredibly disappointed that we hired Interactive Entertainment. My daughter liked their graffiti wall, but we got a bad vibe about the staff from day 1.We spent thousands of dollars for unlimited pictures throughout our party, so imagine our disappointment that only 25 pictures were taken in 4 hours. During the party, Interactive's staffers didn't introduce themselves to us, didn't encourage the guests to use the graffiti wall and left without saying goodbye. After the party, our son told us that he waited on line 5 times and was turned away each time. Other friends confirmed that the staff not only turned them away, but were also very nasty. When we contacted the sales rep and owner to express our disappointment, they didn't even make the slightest effort to apologize. We have recommended every other vendor we used for our incredible party but would warn anyone who considers using Interactive to run as fast as they can. ...read more
