I began a process of mediation with Family & Divorce Mediation Center of WNY. I did not finish my mediation with them due to their spatting back and forth with each other and for not providing a spreadsheet of assets and liabilities. Since then I have sought other mediation services and have realized how unprofessional and incomplete this husband and wife team conducted themselves. Please retire from your position. Mediators do not have to be licensed or have certifications - basically anybody can take up this profession.
