Even though Willy Gilly is not a medical practice, I can think of no better term to sum them up than "quacks". They fancy themselves as having the goose that lays the golden egg in David Wilson, but the eggs always come out rotten. They hire professionals and young eager upstarts under the delusion that their current project will earn them billions, and when the lead balloon sits on the ground for months with no profits, hardworking individuals have only a handful of empty promises of pay to come. Their acting classes are a scam, as innocent people pay good money to listen to Wilson rant for two hours about all the big breaks he almost had and how everyone stole his brilliant ideas, then maybe the class will get 20 minutes of acting exercise at the end of the night. If you are looking to enter the entertainment business through local means, steer clear of Willy Gilly Productions.
