i have rented several things from great rentals to help me get started in my first apartment last year and it has been wonderful to work with the associates during this time. When me and my boyfriend started living in our own place things will still uncertain we bounced from one temp job to the next and were laid off for periods at a time. Still each time great rentals has worked with us to help us catch up on payments without taking our items from us. I have bought a few things from Great Rentals over the past few years; including refrigerator, sectional couch and a bed. I always found exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was incredible. When i purchased my couch I was only a few payments away from being completely paid off. I was unexpectantly laid off from work. I went into the store and explained what happened and told them I would be a few weeks late on payments. I had to wait for my first unemployment check to come in. The owner told me to make the payments as soon as I could. After 4weeks of me missing my payments I showed up and paid them as much as I could. The were so nice and understanding. Noone game me a hard time at all. I would reccomend Great Rentals to everyone. Be honest with them if you fall behind on your payment and they will do their best to work with you. ...read more

I have purchased 3 items from great rentals in gloversville, I got laid off last year, I have put about 600 or 700.00 in payments to them, and I always scrimpt some together so I could pay them at least something.
