About Fulton, NY
The city of Fulton is located in n Oswego County, New York, in the Syracuse metro area and was named for the inventor of the steamboat, Robert Fulton. A major attractions in Fulton is the John Wells Pratt House, which is home of the Historical Society of Fulton. Each year in September, the Polish Fest is held here. In 1900, Nestle opened a candy factory in Fulton but it closed in 2003. One of the best places to visit when you are in Fulton is Battle Island State Park where you can play golf of during the winter, go cross-country skiing. A famous person from Fulton is Rob Schremp, an NHL player for the New York Islanders.
