I don't think I've ever had such a bad time dealing with a company. They did shoddy work - installed something incorrectly. When we notified them of this, they told us "give it time". When we did, each time we re-contacted them, they blamed the problem on some other imaginary factor. When we got fed up and contacted them again, the RUDE woman on the phone literally kept cutting us off, told us we were "idiots" and refused to send out a service person to even LOOK at the problem for less than $100. It's not about the money - it's about the work and the honesty of it. They do crappy work and they are a bunch of rude liars. Please spare yourself the agony and NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.
