Avoid this real estate management group at all costs. Read the yelp reviews. They are greedy to collect anything that is due to them but they do not comply with the law as their apartments are sub livable. You will never get a response from their management team and many of their buildings have rodents, insects, bedbugs and repairs to be done! Run as fast as you can from these people! ...read more

Since medallion has taken over out co-op we have been hemorrhaging to the point where no one can sell their apartments. a decade ago while using a different company our building was in the black, now our maintenance has doubled despite the place falling apart and the coop cant even pay our property taxes. I suspect fraud is very possible (one example is over $40,000 every year for our staff to paint the basement). If your building is considering using them it's vey likely because someone is getting a kickback--don't let this happen to you. They took a great building and ran it into the ground.
