I just moved from Boston to Forest Hills, NY and my husband and I felt it was time to get a security system we shopped around and Digital Security Concepts customer service rep was very informative and gave me his company number and extension so I could call him if I had any questions. I like the comfort of knowing I can call customer service any time and they are always patient and helpful with my problem or question. i would recommend Digital Security Concepts to all my friends. When my friends come by and see my sign in the front yard they ask about my security system and I tell them I love my service and they should try Digital Security Concepts for themselves.
