I went there I bought a mattress, a box, and a frame. They charge me for $10 delivery. However, the mattress i bought felt somewhat cheap quality so I went back to the store and asked if I can return it and get my refund back. They said no, it's their companies policy they don't accept return. Then I asked them if i can exchange, they said yes. After I chose what I want to exchange for, they charge me for $40 delivery. I asked the boss there why it's different delivery charge compare to last time. He said it's because different people deliver this time. They charge more. And I ask him I can wait for the people from first time to delivery again. And the boss said they no longer work here now. How ridiculous! Anyway, Since I really don't want the one I bought from first time. I agreed to paid for $40 delivery and asked him if he can delivers the new one tomorrow. The boss said yes. This was the first time and last time I purchase anything from this store. They were very unclear about their policy. They also had pushy sales people. Their presentation of their products were unappealing to the eye. The sales woman called me an "ABC" (American Born Chinese) as if in a condescending manner.
