This company took over my complex and only had it in their control for 4 months before the previous owner's intervened due to many complaints. My attempts to contact them were followed up in a quick manner, but when requesting they take further action when no changes were made, they ignored my e-mail. They were shocked and had no idea it was that bad they claim. They let the place get taken over by the same tenants the person below me mentioned. After not seeing my security deposit after 6+ weeks I found out "they forgot about us during the transition". The assistant Margie tried to cover her tracks on the phone when confronted with the issue, but was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. 1 star was the least allowed by the website, otherwise they deserve a minus 100. They do not screen tenants as advertised on their website. They do not respond to complaints regarding tenants parking in no parking zone, loud music, grass not cut by the tenant hired to do that activity, toys, etc. left all over common areas and in front of tenant's apt. I could go on and on. The latest issue was a fire that burnt the tenant's balcony and the balcony of the tenant above them, and they are the same tenants that everyone complains about and R & M Management Service does nothing about it. Now those same tenants have caused serious fire damage and created safety issues for other tenants. Wake up R & M Management Service and owner of 777 Chenango St. Binghamton NY apartments.
