At first, they were very helpful. Then, once they get you sucked in and under contract, it's all down hill. They start leaving you hanging, and acting like you're supposed to know things. Suddenly processes start slowing up and they give you no reasoning why. Things come back incorrectly and you have to wait longer, and there's one excuse after another.
