Received a call today 10/21/11 (less than 24 hours) prior to our move that the 26' truck I reserved in Elmira Heights on 10/4/11 would NOT be in the Elmira store. I was told I would need to pick it up in Bath, NY. I was also told it was NOT a guarantee the truck would be in Bath at time of pick-up 10/22/11 at 8am. I will never rent from U-haul again!!!! Thanks for making our move completely STRESSFUL!!!!!!!! I have cancelled my reservation and have a 26' truck to pick-up from Penske!! Thank you Penske for doing your job with less than 24 hour notice and providing me with a truck!! ...read more
