DON'T EVER rent from this place in your life! You will live to regret it! The nightmare began 1 week before the party. There are many negative aspects to this place. One they have a liquor license, and they do not provide the client to have the option of an open bar for their event that they are planning to have there, they run by a tab basis which runs out within an hour. Secondly, they claim that they charge five dollars per domestic beer and liquor drinks, which was a lie they charged more on the day of the event talk about gouging prices. They only give you an hour before the event to decorate the place. I hired a d�cor company to come and decorate the place. They gave them hell and told them I could not do this and that. They treated the place as if it was the Ritz Carlton. The banquet manager Pat and her husband Willie are very unprofessional.
